Keeping a positive attitude has a "snowball effect" on our lives. If we have a positive attitude, it grows larger and larger, like a snowball pummeling down a mountain. Our attitudes have a greater impact on our lives than we realize. As Lao Tze said, your thoughts eventually become your destiny. Even in tough times, we have to "keep on, keeping on" and realize that situations are temporary, and better days are ahead. Otherwise, you will end up under the avalanche, where it's nearly impossible to escape.
